FIREARMS BEING SHIPPED FROM HOFFMAN’S TO ANOTHER FFL DEALER

RESTRICTIONS ON WHAT KIND OF FIREARM CAN BE SENT

The firearm must be CT compliant. It is up to you as the customer to determine compliance BEFORE you make your request. Make sure that you check the magazine capacity of the firearm. The magazine must be 10 rounds from the manufacturer. Pre-ban firearms must have a with a letter from the manufacturer confirming the pre-ban status. Customers may request consideration for a pre-ban using federally regulated pre-ban listings. Hoffman’s may accept post ban assault weapons as long as they have been previously legally registered. We will need to see the legal paperwork that formally registered them.

TO WHOM AND WHERE WE WILL SHIP A COMPLIANT FIREARM

A federally licensed dealer (FFL) or a federally licensed manufacturer. Firearms can NOT be sent to an individual. You will need to choose a licensed dealer (FFL) who will receive the firearm. We will need a copy of this dealer’s FFL.

We will ship within the USA and US Territories.
