The Shadow Systems CR920XL is the new pinnacle of performance in the CR Series—delivering full-capacity firepower, a true 4.2? barrel, and next-gen recoil control in a slimmer, more concealable profile. Unlike many compact pistols on the market, the CR920XL sacrifices nothing in shootability or reliability. Its all-new internal slide geometry and enhanced slide travel create a freakishly smooth recoil impulse that shrugs off the issues that jam up lesser guns—weak ammo, limp wrists, dirty conditions, you name it. It fits more hands, carries easier, and shoots flatter than anything in its class. With aggressive grip texture, a weight-optimized, optic-ready slide, and match-grade internals, the XL elevates the CR920 line into one of the smoothest shooters to come out of Shadow Systems.

Our engineers chose to use magazine springs far stronger than those found in competing designs. This spring power provides extra insurance with a wide range of bullet weights and in compromised firing positions or when the gun is dirty. We spared no expense on the quality of the magazine by incorporating a premium, ultra-slick nickel Teflon finish. Despite these design choices, our magazines continue to carry a recommended retail price under $30.
